Michelle Anton (President)
Michelle Anton brings more than 25 years of staffing industry experienced, beginning with Express Employment in 1995, where she was instrumental growing a new market to 3 branches and numerous on site accounts. Transitioning her experience in 2004 to begin recruiting for small and medium size staffing, search, consulting, PEO, ASO, HRO, BPO, Payroll Service Bureaus and healthcare industries. During the next 16 years she had a successful recruitment career recruiting within the staffing industry, as well as, expanded into Professional Employer Organizations (PEO), Payroll Service Bureaus, ASO, BPO, HRO and RPO industries.
2020 she founded Staff4Success with a vision to provide white glove recruitment services to the customers and candidates. Throughout her career she has placed hundreds of passive industry experienced talent within all specialties that staffing offers. Positions filled includes, but not limited to:

Kjerstyn Thomas (Executive Recruiter)
Kjerstyn Thomas brings more than 7 years of staffing industry experience having spent that time with Express Employment Professionals where she was the sales manager. This experience afforded her the opportunity to guide and consult clients, employees and candidates that developed long lasting relationships that were built on a foundation of trust, honesty and world class service. In addition to her staffing experience, she brings in a depth knowledge of the logistics space having been employed with one of the largest logistics firms. By providing the same service standard she was awarded four “Star of Quality” awards for Service, Commitment, and Customer Excellence. Her background in staffing, logistics and service brings a more customized and consultative approach to clients and candidates that develop a long-lasting partnership.
In her spare time Kjerstyn enjoys spending time with her family and skydiving.

Michelle Walczak
Michelle Walczak has dedicated 20 years working in the healthcare field in both administrative and clinical roles as well as teaching various medical courses in a college setting for over 15 years, helping to prepare students for their future in their journey into the healthcare field.
She has transitioned her skills to assist healthcare professionals confidentially find new industry opportunities. Michelle values and respects both candidates and client’s confidentiality and expectations and is passionate about finding the right fit for both our clients and candidates and she does not deviate from this process.
It is Michelle’s goal to use her years of experience, resources, and contacts to match industry experienced talent to new opportunities that could be better fit than their current situation and she does so extremely confidentially.
